LOS ANGELES — Gilded West Food Group is introducing Meat Commune, a new line of premium meats, including burgers and wings.

Meat District premium burgers come in eleven varieties: The O.G., Steak House, The Pitmaster, All-American, The King, O.K. Sliders, Lean Car, Subcontract House, Kanpai, Real Bargain and The Tailgater.

"Just like consumers distinguish betwixt different varietals of vino or coffees from different regions of the globe, we believe our burgers will offer more than multifariousness to the category," said Zack Levenson, chief operating officer of Meat Commune. "Grocery shoppers will realize they have a lot more choices when it comes to burgers and will bask discovering all the different and flavorful ways they can indulge in one of their favorite foods — the groovy American burger."

The patties are fabricated with different blends of protein, including bison, wagyu beefiness, Angus beefiness brisket, short rib, tri tip and chuck.

"We're excited to innovate Meat District butcher-crafted, premium burgers to the grocery consumer," Mr. Levenson said. "Instead of ho-hum hamburgers packaged in generic white Styrofoam, we're breaking out of the mold by bringing an heady family of highly branded, exceptional blends to the meat case. We believe Meat District is what today's burger-crazed consumer wants in a hamburger patty: a variety of gourmet blends of Angus brisket, short rib, tri tip and chuck, all crafted with the highest quality cuts and prepare to cook and savor."

Additionally, the Meat District make is launching a line of party wings featuring antibiotic-complimentary marinated craven. Varieties include Sweet & Sassy, Lemon Herb, Beer Brined and Zesty Ranch.

Meat Commune premium products will be sold at supermarkets nationwide, including Albertson's, Kroger, Ralph'south, Pavilions, Vons, Stater Brothers, Winn Dixie, Food Lion and Hy-Vee.
